Steamed Sausage Pau

Yummy, yummy!




Ingredients:
400g of pau flour (use "Bluekey"brand)
60g of sugar
4 tbsp of butter
11g instant yeast
200ml of warm water

12 sausage rolls
Steps:
1. Mix the yeast and warm water together
2. Blend the pau flour, sugar, butter and the yeast water (1) using a food processor to form a dough
3. Invert onto a tabletop
4. Divide the dough into 12 parts (60g each)
5. Roll each portion of dough into long shape and then roll it around the sausage
6. Leave it for 30 minutes until become double the original size
7. Steam the pau in the steamer or wok with boiling water for 10 minutes or till cooked through.
8. Ready to serve
 
I followed the recipe from one of the monthly version of Y3k magazine teaching us how to make the Steamed Black Sesame Sausage Pau but I do not added the black sesame as requested and it still worked too.
